Is their any way to import tally data in erpnext using import data tool.

Currently you can only import from a csv file, no plugin / feature is there to import directly from Tally.
It is in our to-do from long time, but we did not manage time to build the tool. Why you do not try to implement a tool for the purpose?
After all that is the advantage of an open source application, anyone can contribute to make the product better.

I am going to start working on import tally data in erpnext.
1 I use google, but i did not find any kind of reference.
2 So if possible please suggest me the starting point to achieve this.
