We have one potential customer who want to implement erpnext on-premises. They are asking 2 important things as below
- Implementation Cost
- Support Contract & Cost with terms and conditions.
I would like to request community members or a company who are doing similar business. If you can share some sample contract for support, terms & condition which are generally used and what kind of cost we are considering for implementation & customization.
I know its dependents on business to business or company to company. But I am requesting some sample things based on that we can prepare to require documents and share with the customer.
