I was unable to checked the allow on submit?

When I trying to tick Allow on Submit in the items field’s settings. It is not allowed to tick.
Why??

I logged as admin.

Are you trying to do it on production or local instance?

Anyways you can do it in customize form.

on production.

you can’t do it on production site since developer mode is off.
I suggest do it by Customize form.
