I need help to set Condition and formula for Absent days for employees!

Hello dears,

I need your help in putting the right formula regarding the following:

I want a formula that enables me to deduct the days of absence from the employee’s total net pay !

Hello,

You can easily configure this without any formula. In the salary component, select “Depends on Payment Days”. this will ensure that if the employee is absent for some days in a month, salary for that component will be deducted as per the no. of days absent.
