I have renamed some suppliers but old name shows up in search too

Is there a way to clean up an old misspelled supplier’s name from showing up in the search bar at the top of the screen when I type in a partial name? For example, I changed Bixx to Bix but when I type “bi”, Bixx and Bix show up.
