@Ah_Pu_Richard,

Please check for the error log in the Error Log or Error Snapshot documents also you can set the Show Full Error and Allow Reporting of Issues to the Developer from System settings so that the system will show the full error traceback.

Any log in Error Log or Error Snapshot? if not please check the frappe-bench/logs directory for the error logs
