Https issue while accessing erpnext via domain

Dear All,

We have successfully Install ERPNext on Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS in Digital Ocean.

I have create a Newsite and updated a DNS records in Domain and Digital Ocean.

Done with HTTPS Setup it was working fine.

But sometimes site is not accessable . after sometime i can able to access the site…

What is the exact issue ??
