We are going to change our accounting from peachtrea to erpnext.but instead of entering opening balance we would like to import entire peachtrea data to erpnext.is it possible ?

Possible. There is nothing that cannot be done as long as you are prepared to throw enough time and resources at it. You will need to repost all transactions. Like Sales Invoices, Purchase Invoices, Accounting Entries, etc. etc.
Unless you have a strong reason, like you don’t want to renew your Peachtree license and you still want to have access to those transactions, you are better off uploading the trial balances and making a fresh start on ERPNext. Even then (you don’t want to renew your Peachtree license and you still want to have access to those transactions), check if PeachTree will let you export all your transactions into Excel. You can access the old transactions on Excel.
