How to start a document number series from a specific number?

Can i start document series from 1000 instead of 1

eg;- INV-1000
INV-1001
INV-1002

etc

Yes. Go to Naming Series, select the series you want to update and set the current number to 1 number before the number you want to start from. E.g. 999 if you want to start with 1000.
