How to setup auto dispatch email notification to particular customer

How to setup auto dispatch email notification to particular customer after delivery note submitted.

Please tell

Create a new notification, with the Document Type set to “Delivery Note” and Send Alert On set to “Submit”

Thank but I need when XYZ customer delivery note submitted then email goes only to XYZ customer, so which conditions we can set?

Adding @aisenyi answer, you can select customer contact email in recipients table and also set a message your according.
