How to set up default desktop icon?

Hi,
How do I set up default desktop icons for new users? Upon first login they will see the desktop loaded with the default icons which may be a custom doctype.

You use Set Desktop Icons page.
/desk#modules_setup

choose For user

no i mean for new users, users who haven’t signed up yet.

With Adminstrator account go to ;http://localhost:8000/desk#modules_setup, See the options For Everyone

Is it possible to add custom doctype in the default desktop?

In list page of your custom doctype choose Add to Desktop under menu

doesn’t this just add it to my own desktop?

It add to For Everyone, then each user must checked it

so no way to set it as default for new users? i.e they don’t need to go in and tick it.
