How to set UoM conversion for this scenario?

I have a iron wire which comes is as a coil from which small pallets are cut. Each palette weights around 60 grams. Here each coil weights around 100 kg.

So from 1 kg wire can produce around 16 palettes.

Here I will need two UoM conversion.

  1. Coil (Nos) to Kg which is very straight forward. This is used for purchase.
  2. Kg to palette. This will be used for Manufacturing.

How to set the UoM conversion from wire to palette?
