I need to attach several images to each patient encounter in order to track progress of the treatment. In order to do this I added a Custom Field of type “Attach Image” in Patient Encounter Form, and everything works fine.
When I go to “Patient History” and check the list of encounters, the image field shows as text. How do I edit the Patient History section, so all fields of type image are rendered as image
