How to override public/js/templates/address_list.html file

I need to change display of address in customer module

i found that this file address.html from public folder display this

how can i customize public/js/templates/address_list.html file without effecting core file and add in new app

The html files generally created following the folder structure in custom app take precedence. So create this file maintaining the folder structure in your custom app and modify it. Hope it helps.
