How to manufacture different multiple finished products and different qty

i want to manufacture different multiple finished product and scrap with quality check
Example : if i have scrap car with ok condition, i want remove its part like ,Seat Cover,Remove Wheels, etc if remove product is in good condition then sale or push into stock.

but for me, at the time of manufacturing is hard to predict, what is finished product ,how much qty can be.

in short multiple output from one or multiple input, which not predictable ,when we manufacture start .

i want when i start my job card of remove seat cover then i will enter qty how much seat cover is remove , and its quality , is it scrap or sale product

please , help me for this condition

Thank you sir, for reply but i am unable to add process-manufacturing module
1.I download process-manufacturing from github, eg. Downloads/process-manufacturing-master
2. then in process-manufacturing-master i get folder “process_manufacturing”
I added process_manufacturing folder in - /opt/bench/erpnext/apps/erpnext/erpnext
3. then in config folder , path : process-manufacturing-master/process_manufacturing/config
process_manufacturing.py file added in - /opt/bench/erpnext/apps/erpnext/erpnext/config
if i am doing any thing wrong please , help me to add process-manufacturing in erpnext
