How to Increase the width of the Item Code Column while entering data?

I would like to increase the width of the item code column on screen
and not on print formats. This is because the current width is too
small to see the suggested items’ description.

Is there a way to do it?

Can I increase the ON-SCREEN width and not the PRINT width in DOC-
TYPES and if so HOW?

Hi Aditya,

Go to the Table DocType - for example Sales Order Detail, and set the width value in the Fields table.

The default is 100px

(Please set width in pixels (px) and not percent as the table is scrollable)
