If a customer pays offline via google pay, phonepe or any other UPI application or say through whatsapp, how does one track the payment. I noticed this might be possible through razorpay link, but I’m not sure if the existing razorpay integration has support for razorpay links.
I already searched the documentation and forums and couldn’t find anything relating to this. I would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks.
