How to get ERPNext to print Sales Order with Tax Breakup details?

I have setup GST and it is working.

But when printing Sales Order I want to get it to print the Tax Breakup details.

I checked the print format and there is a section for Tax Breakup details but it is not showing up in printing.

How to get ERPNext to print Sales Order with Tax Breakup details?

Please select the Taxes and Charges Calculation table in your custom print format.

Then reload and check it.

In my case I have already added that part but it is now showing up.
Here is the screen shot of print format.

And here is the screen shot of print output on screen.

Are there any other settings that I have to change?

One more table is selected.
Taxes and Charges Calculation

You entered only the title not a table.

Taxes and Charges Calculation is different and also Purchase Taxes and Charges is different.
