No feature to disable this… You can just make several transactions then it will be gone. Otherwise you would have to make js or css to hide it
@jof2jc Thanks for your reply. I think there should be some logic to remove the tips. Looking for more replies.

Currently there is no configuration to disable the pop up, only way is you have to create below records in your account
5 Items
5 customer
2 Sales Order
2 Purchase order
3 Employee
Could you let us know your version? They have been removed from the later ones.
