How to delete Share Transfer?

I made a mistake in creating shareholder so I want to delete it. But I can’t since I had made Share Issue to this shareholder (so they are linked).
But I can’t delete the Share Transfer/Issue with popup notification: “Share Transfer ACC-SHT-2020-00001: Submitted Record cannot be deleted”.

How can I delete the Share Transfer so I can then delete the Shareholder?

Try to ‘Cancel’ first and then ‘Delete’

There is no Cancel button or menu on the doc list page or on the detail page view.

Because this “no-cancel-button” only happen in the Share Transfer doc, I thought it is by design. Is it not?
