How to customise list view

Is there a way i can customise list view user wise.

eg, i want patient appointment list view to appear according to the doctor for whom the appointment is. I don’t want them to be able to see other doctors’ appointments.

and can i also apply filters by default to show only todays appointments?

for the first ques, you can user user permission

for second ques, add a filter

can you please explain the user permissions one please. eg, i want one user to only be able to see his appointments, not others
