How to create supplier group

hello guys.
I’m trying to create the new supplier groups on ERP but the save button is not showing after entering the required information. I’m using the default parent group. I don’t know whether I need to create a new parent group before creating the supplier groups. please someone should help me out

i think it’s a bug!
But, you can enable “Quick Entry” option in Customization - DocType - Supplier Group - check Quick Entry - save
That acction activate save buttom in popup
