How to create POS invoice of non-stock items like Services etc

In Point of Sale, non-stock items (Services) are not getting listed in the list of items. If we want to create a point of sales invoice with the service item. How can we achieve this?
OR is this a bug??

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

I think POS Awesome supports non-stock items. However there are two (not so elegant) ways you can hack it:

  1. Turn on negative stock and setup all your service items as stock items
  2. If you can’t or don’t want to turn on negative stock, you can inward 1,000 quantities of each item at a valuation of 0 or 0.01. Again you have to setup service items as a stock item
