How to create a new custom domain? (like agriculture, service, etc.)

Hi there.

I want to create a custom domain (not domain name!) for our specialized services.
Is there any way to achieve this my self or need something else to do that?

Please let me know where I need to start to develop or extend our system.

You probably just need to build an app that will be installed along side your deployed ERPNext instance if self-hosted.
