How to allow customers the ability to create orders in Customer Web Portal

Hi, how do I allow customers that log in to the web portal to place an order? I’ve dug around and can’t figure out how to do it.

I did figure out how to give them access to already created SOs and invoices thanks to this post:

But I want my customers to be able to place their own orders for products they are given access to add.

I’d like to know too.

I’ve set portal default to role Customer and removed the standard menu. Only added the Order menu.

More importantly though, how do we expose the order form itself? I’ve modified the Customer role to have the following permissions but doesn’t do much because I don’t know how to surface thee order page:
