How to add custom action menu item for report builder page

Hi,
I have a custom doctype Buying queue. I have added a custom report builder button BQ BYOR,

Its showing a report, when i select rows i need to add a action menu called Buyer bench.

Kindly guide me on this. Thanks!

Create report and save it as Buyer. Note that all doc reports which you create will appear here.

Thanks for the reply, i have the BQ BYOR report as below, when i select a row actions button is visible, i need to add inside action button an option called buyer bench. I need help on doing that,
