How to add a New Column in existing Sales register Report?

Hi,
I want to added a new column in sales register report that column is already i am added in sales invoive item Doctype…But That Column Is Not Come On Sales reg report…Where i want to add the columns name in sales reg .py file…

First thing you should do any customization which need changes in code in a separate app. Otherwise, your future update can overwrite / conflict with your changes.

And if the field is in Item table, then you should change it in item-wise sales register report. Check for any other field how it is rendered, for e.g item_group.
