  1. Start by downloading the theme that Arundhati mentioned above.
  2. Study the files and see how everything works.
  3. You need to be really good in HTML & CSS.
  4. ERPNext uses Bootstrap, so you need to understand that very well as well.
  5. Start developing the theme in your local environment.

If you don’t or can’t do any of the above, hire someone to do it for you.
