How do I separate POS and Sales customers?

Hello,
I would like to have 2 separate groups of customers.

  1. That buy in POS
  2. That first become leads, sales order etc.

How do I mange this?

For former ones, set Customer Group as “Retailer” Customer. For later, setup Customer Group based on their operations. However, in the transactions, you will see all the Customers.

You can also set the customer group in the POS profile, so other group’s customer not able to access the POS
