How do i get Physician chosen in Patient Appointment in Sales Invoice?

When we create Patient Appointment with Invoice Appointments Automatically checked,sales invoice is not setting the Physician field from Appointment.

Is there a hack or workaround to get Physician wise Billing Report ?
