How can we "Enable Incoming" & "Enable Outgoing" for created Zoho Groups

Hello Community,

I just trying to use Zoho Groups, Zoho Group has also mail address, like sales@company.com, which is moderated by “director@company.com” also “hr@company.com”. I mean, Zoho Group is not a mail ID like user@company.com, it’s a group can be accessed by specific people.

Also, there is neither POP, IMAP nor SMTP details furnished for that. So, How we can add that group address “sales@company.com” as ERPNext User. Also, I have to enable “Enable Incoming” & “Enable Outgoing” also configuring it as default incoming and outgoing.

Anyone, implemented this earlier. Any help for this?

Maybe you would have to create a similar group email id on the email server you are configuring with ERPNext.
