How can in Add My Own Doctype in Payment Tool

Hi every one,
I have created my own app and own “Invoice” I want to add my Invoice in Payment Tool /Against Voucher
Where all invoices is coming Ex: Sales Invoice,Purchase Invoice etc.
It is possible to add…If yes so please tell me how
