Hide Item parent group

Dear communities:

This is my item group,first row is the parent group
below that are all my selection
but what I want to know is that if I can hide the parent group
I don’t want it can be chosen

any solution?

Please try applying User Restriction in User Permission Manager. Please refer the screenshot.

I followed your step but it was invalid
no matter which account I log in,the option is still there
