I the latest version of ERPNext (6.12.11), I see in the gross profit report (Accounting) and financial analytics, there is a selection for project. I thought it should be able to generate gross profit report based on project. However, when I select it, nothing is shown. I see from the selling modules, we can select “project” all the way from quotation, sales order, delivery note to sales invoice. However, in the buying modules, I can not find the project field in any of the modules like material request, purchase order, purchase receipt, purchase invoice, and etc. Is the project based reporting ready?
I found the project selection in the buying modules. There are all at the item level. However, even I select the project for all the lines, the gross profit report and the financial analytic report do not show anything when I select the project.
