Getting Import Failed Message: Please help

I am getting the following message while trying to import Item Group:

“Error for row (#21) 1 : Multiple root nodes not allowed”

Please help

You did not mention “parent_item_group” in the attached csv file, which is mandatory.

Kindly Note: I have did an Export to prepare the Import File. In that file, its mentioned that the “parent_item_group” is not mandatory.Please note this.

The import template is generated using form meta, and it is non-mandatory in meta. But this becomes mandatory via a script.
