How easy to customize screen forms and reports?
Pretty easy. Custom fields can be added. Some properties of existing fields can be modified. Fields can be re-ordered. Making simple reports is a matter of picking columns. Advance reports can be made using SQL queries or python script.
Can you create a Work order traveler?
I am not sure about this, since I don't know what Work order traveler is.
