Functioning of Appraisal

Dear Sir,

we are trying to allow all employees to do their self appraisal and submit it. After that concerned team head will provide his ratings. the actual score for performance will be calculated from the score given by manager only. i am facing problem in giving the authority/permission to all employees to see and fill the performance appraisal form.

Manoj,

If user has Employee Role assigned, then he/she will be able to make Appraisal for oneself. The condition for accessibility is already set. As per that, Employee will only be able to see Appraisal made by him/herself.

To make this work, you should ensure user has only Employee role and not HR User or Manager role assigned. Also, Profile ID should be updated in the Employee master.
