From selfhosted erpnext to cloud version and vice-versa

hi,

  1. Is it possible to having a selfhosted erpnext to be converted to the cloud version?
    Is this a straightforward process? How is it done? (simple import/export?) Are any extra costs required (above the premium plan pricing).

  2. If you use the cloud version (free or premium versions), is it possible to change to the selfhosted version.

Hi,

For Self-Hosted to Cloud:
Yes. It is possible. If you want to host your account on ERPNext server, then ERPNext developer can do it. For the same you need to subscribe for one of the ERPNext user plan.

For Cloud to Self-Hosted:

Yes. You can download data from your cloud account and restore it on your server. If you have technical knowledge, then you can do it yourself or you can approach to ERPNext service provider. They will quote you.
