I have to say, this is a really bad thing to see in enterprise software. I have no opposition to Frappe’s pricing model, though it is a bit complex. But, the idea that software critical to operations could be unexpectedly shut down because of a usage limit is quite alarming.
The link @NCP share suggests that excess use will be throttled. In practice, it seems things actually get fully shut down. That’s a recipe for some very understandably angry customers.
