Hi @razyesh in Options value(MR, MRS, DR,MS) might be some white space plz check once because what you are setting and what is there in options both is not matching

Yes, I solve the issue, because I mention title as Title Field in corresponding doctype. After removing title which is select field, I am about to solve the issue.
