Frappe_docker issues in different hosts

Hi,

I am having problems with making frappe_docker work in different hosts.

  1. The issues related with Centos7 host is posted at https://github.com/frappe/frappe_docker/issues/28

  2. The issues related with AlpineLinux3.7 and Ubuntu14.04 and 16.04 hosts are posted at https://github.com/frappe/frappe_docker/issues/25

  3. The network issue with Ubuntu 16.04 hosts are posted at https://github.com/frappe/frappe_docker/issues/27

I am reposting here because github.com appears to have very little traction. Thanks.
