For system users always send email from default outgoing

As system users have their own email ids but what I want is that whenever a system user sends an email it should be from the default outgoing email which is setup in email accounts

this option is maybe not described well: select “Always use Account’s Name as Sender’s Name” from the Email Account settings:

…and it will always use the email address from the Email Account
