Files missing - fresh production install

Did a production install on existing bench installation using

bench switch-to-master
bench update

Got errors:
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (erpnext-web.min.js, line 0)
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (NOT FOUND) (13.126.213.223, line 0)

Using
Centos on AWS

I think source may be corrupted so, download new bench repo and frappe bench.

Try:
bench watch

if its not work then try:
bench update --reset
