Fieldname company_address appears multiple times in rows

I cannot update the Customize Form, I get the error message "Fieldname company_address appears multiple times in rows"

How must I fix this problem?

This is not problem or issue. company_address field is already available in your form. That’s why it is giving you a message. Remove one which is added by you.

Cannot delete either (under Customize Form).

Error Message: Cannot delete standard field. You can hide it if you want

Note that I did not add a field, this problem started after the upgrade from version 9 to 10.
