Field import in Customize form not working

I tried to upload the fields in a Doc Type from Customize Form and the fields get loaded but on clicking update, even though updated message appears,all the loaded fields disappear.

Why this happens ?

On importing the csv file it is loading fine

On clicking Update button on top after that ,all the fields are lost
