[FEATURE REQUEST]: Better user experience

i have a user experience problem. When I create a lead with just name and email, and then create opportunity and so quotation. And when i go forward to Sales Order, the “Lead” need to convert to “Customer” first. But as I miss the “Territory” and “Customer Group” information when I created the “Lead”, so there will be a pop-up message. I am wondering whether it is possible to have a link in the pop-up message so that we can go to the customer page directly? Otherwise, I need to click a few steps to that page.

Most of the fields are options and ERPNext experience is very customizable with form customization and workflow to add those extra check.

Oh…i think you have misunderstood my question.

Maybe you take a look on the print screen.

As new user may not understand how to create “Customer from Lead LEAD-00001”, so if it provide a link to the Create Customer page with LEAD-00001 filled, it will be better for new user and improve the user experience.

Some enhancements are already done in version 7, but as always there is scope for improvement.
