Hello all, please how can i make another investment into another person’s business from my account. I want to enter it into ERPnext

Create a manual Journal Entry. Something like

Account Debit Credit
Shares 1000 0
Bank 0 1000

Where “Bank” is the account you paid with and “Shares” is the account for your long or short term shares of other companies (both active).

Edit: swap debit/credit

I think you made an error in that table. Shares account should be debited and bank account should be credited instead
