Existing Company as a Child Company

Hi,

We have already Configured a Company and it is in operational.
Is it possible to bring this Company under another parent company?

We have configured a Company and it has stocks and warehouse, and now we would like to bring this under a Parent Company.

I understand this is not a regular scenario. Any ways to achieve the same.

Both the Parent Company and the Child Company have same Chart of Accounts
