Exchange Rate error message

Whenever I make a sales order for local customers who pay with the local currency, I get an error message that says “exchange rate not found.” Below is an image of the message.

Why does this happen? The exchange rate of GTQ to GTQ is 1 to 1, obviously.

Do you have any custom script? May be that is causing the issue.
