Event Not working

Hi everyone

While we add follow-up today’s date, the event is created but not sent mail. Please help me with this.

First, I created a lead and set up a follow-up meeting for today and while saving lead event was automatically created, bellow sharing event and lead screenshots

I created the lead just 17 minutes ago, on follow-up today. But email notification was not generated.

Please check your Email Domain and Email Account setting.
otherwise reintegrate email account after that testing mail send from communication then check email queue.
